Find the last thing that worked
Did the homepage open? Did the movie details appear? Did Watch now reach another page? The last successful step tells you where to begin. A player failure after leaving the catalogue is different from a search that never returned a title.
Empty results
Use Reset on the search page. Enter a short title or an actor’s name, then add one filter at a time. A movie-length filter excludes series because it describes film running time. A first-air year may also differ from the year of the season you remember.
Slow pictures or a blank preview
Wait for the poster row to enter view. If the title text works but an image is missing, the artwork request may be the slow part. Close Quick look and open the full details if you need to continue reading while the picture loads.
A video that keeps stopping
Check the service displaying the player. Try automatic quality there, pause large background transfers and test a short scene. If the problem affects only one edition, compare another available choice from the title page. Do not clear your catalogue list as a first response to a separate player error.
An apparently lost list
Return to the original browser profile. Private windows and other devices do not share the same local list. Restore a saved copy through backup help if you have one.
