Copy from the browser with your list
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the complete contents of the List backup box into a note you can find later. The text contains saved title identifiers and checkpoints. It does not contain video files or streaming-service passwords.
Merge in the new browser
Open My List there, paste the text into Restore backup and choose Merge backup. Recognised missing titles are added. Existing checkpoints are kept, so importing an older copy does not replace progress already stored in the destination browser.
Check the result
The status message tells you what was added or skipped. Importing the same backup twice does not create duplicate saved titles. If a copy is rejected, check that it is complete and belongs to 2Now rather than another brand.
Keep the original until you are satisfied
Open a restored film and series reminder before discarding the note. A backup is particularly useful before clearing browser data, changing devices or moving between browser profiles. Go to My List to create one.
